By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the abc356 platform — including the website at abc356.bet, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any game or betting service offered therein — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the abc356 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and abc356 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter, whether oral or written.

Governing Language

Amendments

abc356 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, abc356 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by an in-platform notification no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Use of the abc356 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Age Verification

Bet Placement and Acceptance

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system fault that affects the outcome of a bet or game, abc356 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the player's account balance. abc356 will not honour winnings generated as a result of a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or displayed payout information. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unintended mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as an error.

Cricket and Sports Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international Test, ODI, and T20I fixtures — bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or other applicable authority). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or subject to a no-result decision, the settlement rules applicable to the specific market type will determine whether bets are voided or settled on the available play. Players should review the market-specific rules prior to placing any cricket bet.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on abc356 are offered in real time during active sporting events. Odds change continuously during in-play betting and a bet placed during a brief suspension of the market may not be accepted. abc356 will not be responsible for bets not accepted due to market suspension. Players accept that there may be a brief delay between the on-field action and the display of live odds, and abc356 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the outcome was already determined at the point of placement.

By using the abc356 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from all prohibited conduct listed in this section. Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances.

Player Obligations

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and upon any subsequent request from abc356.
• Keep your account credentials secure and report any suspected unauthorised access to the abc356 support team immediately.
• Use the abc356 platform for personal recreational purposes only, and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose without the express written consent of abc356.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh (or your country of residence) in connection with your use of the platform.
• Engage with the abc356 responsible gaming tools where you believe your gambling behaviour may be becoming problematic.

Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account on the abc356 platform.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during the KYC verification process.
• Using any automated script, bot, crawler, data mining tool, or other software to interact with the abc356 platform in a manner not intended by its design.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or unintended feature of the abc356 platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event on which abc356 offers betting markets.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or abc356 staff members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any component of the abc356 platform without authorisation.

abc356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Suspected multi-accounting or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their abc356 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, abc356 will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining verified account balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Accounts subject to an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements may have those bonus funds forfeited at the time of closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all applicable verification and withdrawal processing requirements. abc356 will retain records of the closed account in accordance with its data retention obligations under applicable law.
